Cebu Needs Citizens Help: More Smoke Belchers!

This is but a simple web log of a guy wanting to see a better Cebu. Since I do not have the big influence of a TV newscaster or a newspaper editor, I chose to vent my complaints here, hoping our public officials will know and care. Posted problems here could be easily given attention and solved but, in all surprises, they never were. I will keep on posting what I believe needs to be quickly addressed by the city government of Cebu. I am but a simple citizen whose care for Cebu could be greater than any of our elected officials! If you have complaints, please post them here. Only valid complaints please. I would do my best to make this blog as accurate as possible, so, verify first before posting. Thanks.
